The company has a strong R & D team and scientific research strength.Research and development,production and management team has a doctoral degree in seven staffs and master's degree of 9 staffs.Dr.Xu Shengguang,one of the founders of the company,is teaching at Ludong University.He has worked in the laboratory of Professor Jean-Marie Lehn,a famous material chemist and Nobel Prize winner in chemistry.He has a wealth of research and production experience in the field of special adhesives and high-performance membrane material.The company co-founder Mr.Shao Ruixue,Bachelor of Engineering,with more than 10 years adhesive development,application and production management experience and he used to engaged in the development of adhesives,process management and standardization of production management in Henkel Loctite.
